Kevin’s still recovering from getting stabbed, so it’s a good time to have a light chat about why we’re joining up with Marques Brownlee, Jon Taffer and Bob Saget. We could’ve spent hours talking about all the reasons we love the audience, Discord members, and especially Patrons, but we had to limit that to about 20 minutes. Really, without everyone’s support, we don’t come close to getting to this stage, so we go into detail about why that matters so much. There are some hugely important themes discussed in this one, from what it means to be on an island creatively, to why it’s so important to deal with that isolation, and why it’s critical to lose -- and to get used to losing. We’re losers, and you should be, too. This one’s a bit shorter than most because Kevin nearly dropped dead while recording, but feel free to drop us a line about how any of these themes have affected your creative path. Whether it’s a YouTube comment, a tweet, or a Discord message, we want to hear it. 🎥 CREDITS: Hosts: Kevin Lieber and Matt Tabor Produced and Edited by Ben Webster → https://twitter.com/benwebsterTCU Theme by Mega Drive → http://megadrivemusic.com ( http://megadrivemusic.com/ ) Opening Animation: Kidmograph City Animation: Eric Langlay "The Create Unknown" is produced by Unknown Media. 💬 CONNECT WITH US: » Chat with us on DISCORD: https://discord.gg/qAQV3Jw » Follow us on TWITTER: http://twitter.com/createunknown » Follow us on INSTAGRAM: http://instagram.com/thecreateunknown » Follow us on FACEBOOK: http://facebook.com/thecreateunknown » View our website: https://thecreateunknown.com ( https://thecreateunknown.com/ ) Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
