Teen Accused of Dumping Baby in Trash Gets Win in Court

<p>The trial for a New Mexico woman accused of killing her newborn baby and leaving him in a hospital bathroom trash can has been delayed. Alexee Trevizo's trial for the death of her baby was scheduled to begin later this month. But the judge presiding over her case ruled what happened at the hospital with doctors treating Trevizo is privileged and can't be used against her at trial.
