On April 1, 2006, Brian was with friends at the Ugly Tuna Saloon in Columbus, Ohio. Brian was seen on cameras inside the bar shortly before 2 a.m. talking to two women, but then walked away. After the bar closed, his friends couldn’t find him. He wasn’t answering his phone, and they didn’t know what to do. In a chilling twist, Brian was never seen on camera footage leaving the bar… or seen ever again.
