How Was The Migrant Sex Offender Mistakenly Released?

<p>Today, the government has announced an independent investigation into how a migrant sex offender was released from prison.</p><p>Speaking in the House of Commons the Justice Secretary David Lammy told mps that the release appears to have been “human error”.
