<p>Today, Labour’s Andy Burnham wins the Makerfield by election - so how could we see a challenge to Keir Starmer as Labour Party leader?</p><p>Burnham won almost 25,000 votes, beating Reform UK's Robert Kenyon by more than 9,000 votes.
