Up to Scott B,&rdquo; Trump said in a social-media post Friday morning, referring to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.&nbsp;<br /><br />&ldquo;CHINA SHOULD OPEN UP ITS MARKET TO USA &mdash; WOULD BE SO GOOD FOR THEM!!!
