Plus, President Joe Biden celebrated the Senate’s passage of a historic, sweeping $1.2 trillion bipartisan deal. But hurdles remain in the House. But White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain tells Anderson Cooper “today’s win is a great win” and to do it on a bipartisan basis makes it a “more sustainable and stronger win.”
