Ep 592 | Is There NO LIMIT to a Federal Judge’s Power?
Summary
There has been a barrage of insane court opinions over the past few days essentially trying to dismantle our border. But can you blame the judges? If the other branches accord them this power, why wouldn’t they use it? Our outrage should be directed at the other branches. I also explain why even the Constitution couldn’t compel national suicide, much less unconstitutional rulings of judges without valid case standing.
