I've known of Doshu Viernes for many years and even attended a sparring class with a friend at his dojo back in the 90s. He's the Grand Master of jukado, a style developed by his Mother.</p> <p style="color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 24px;"> Our conversation was a deep one as we explored the psychological benefits of martial arts training during his time in the military. He has some excellent insights that really got me thinking. Doshu Allan has great stories to tell and I'm sure we only scratched the surface during our discussion. I thoroughly enjoyed our time together and I hope that comes through.</p>
