Mr. Matt Stait tried Judo and Boxing but eventually he found Karate and stuck with it. Presently, he is the founder at the Modern Samurai Martial Arts Academy in the United Kingdom. Mr. Stait also trained on Krav Maga and Kapap. He is also an Amazon best-selling author of a couple of books including the Modern Samurai.
