On December 18th, Ruby Franke accepted a plea deal and plead guilty to 4 out of 6 child abuse charges against her. Ruby's attorney made a statement accusing Jodi Hildebrandt of being the mastermind behind the abuse, and Ruby agreed as part of her deal to testify against Jodi if she goes to trial. Jodi’s next court date is December 27, 2023.
The jailhouse call that led to Donna Adelson's arrest has been released. The conversation with Charlie Adelson took place shortly after his conviction.
