Summary
Cross Examination of the Lead Investigator ended, and the State rested their case. The Defense argued dismissal of the case, but the judge denied it. Sarah Boone then took the stand.
After the first part of her testimony, her Defense argued there were overt acts in order to present a battered spouse syndrome to the jury. The motion was granted.
Cross Examination was very short and focused more on getting a timeline. There is a possibility that the Prosecution with add a lesser charge of manslaughter to this case.
