In this episode, I talk about one of the keys I’ve discovered to serving a church community. This past month has been full with traveling, and I wanted to share one of the greatest secrets of being on the road and being in new environments. I’ve been on the road for 20 years now, and I’ve realized that people often assume that they’re coming into a new community to change things, but I don’t go that direction. Here are a few keys to staying focused when entering into new places.
