And a scare for legendary Dick Van Dyke. Wet weather in Malibu caused him to lose control of his Lexus before smashing into a gate. But at age 97 many are asking if he's too old to drive? Plus, it may not have been the first time. That's the claim being made about the Colorado dentist accused of killing his wife by poisoning her protein shakes. The mother of six died last week, but as Ann Mercogliano reports, her sister alleges he also drugged her six years ago. And eight years after 19-year old Stephen Smith was found dead in the middle of a South Carolina highway…his death has been ruled a homicide. The family of Smith, a classmate of Buster Murdaugh, always had suspicions about how he died. Now local prosecutors officially do too.
