And she's a former beauty queen accused of masterminding a murder for hire plot against her husband. Lindsay Shiver has been detained in the Bahamas since her arrest last summer. Today she was in front of a judge asking permission to come home to her kids for the holidays. Lindsay Shiver has pleaded not guilty.
