<p>It was a history making night at the Grammy's last night with Beyonce not only now the holder of more Grammy awards than anyone ever, she also 'finally' won album of the year - along with becoming the first black woman to win a Grammy for country album of the year. And last week was a terrible week for aviation. First was the deadly crash outside Reagan National Airport in D.C. - followed by the crash of the medical jet in Philly Friday night and just yesterday passengers in Houston had to make an emergency exit after the wing caught fire. It's no surprise some Americans are jittery about flying. Plus, lawyers for players in one of the ugliest Hollywood disputes in recent memory faced off in a New York City courtroom today with the first hearing in the <em>It Ends with Us</em>  dueling lawsuits between' stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. Over the weekend, Baldoni launched a website of texts and emails 'he' says supports his defamation case and her team is trying to pull the plug on it. And the countdown is on for Superbowl Sunday and our Lisa Guerrero is in New Orleans for all the festivities, along with our special correspondent Maggie Sajak.  </p>
