Eric Swalwell is now suspending his campaign to be the next governor of California amid sexual assault and misconduct allegations, which he says are false.  This woman coming forward is saying the married congressman hit on her. Plus, the husband arrested in the Bahamas after his wife went overboard and disappeared is now being interviewed again by cops. He denies any wrongdoing and says his wife fell overboard. If cops don't charge him by tonight, he will be released as a free man. As Ann Mercogliano tells us, newly surfaced texts are revealing some serious problems in his marriage.
