Joseph stresses that the church must rise to amplify God's voice to the nations so that people can rejoice in good leadership.</p> <p>Additionally, Joseph refers to Romans 13:1-4 to outline our responsibilities towards those in authority. He emphasizes that God's appointed rulers should be a terror to evil and should not pervert the laws of the land. He points out that when governing authorities disobey the law that grants them their authority, the people must uphold the law to correct the perversions of their leaders. He draws on the biblical story of Lucifer, who perverted authority and faced everlasting punishment.
