Dr. Kimberly Elsbach is an Associate Dean and Professor of Organizational Behavior at University of California, Davis. She teaches Organizational Behavior at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management.<br /><br />Dr. Elsbach’s research is internationally renowned with papers published in the Harvard Business Review and the Academy of Management Journal. She is also an International Research Fellow at Oxford University.
