Rachel Cohen is a recent Harvard Law School graduate and, until recently, a junior lawyer at one of America’s most prestigious firms. But when it became apparent that her firm's leadership was about to bend the knee to Donald Trump, she excoriated them in a firm-wide email, and submitted her notice of resignation. She and Ken discuss what is at stake for the rule of law, and what it will take for more lawyers to display real moral courage.
