Well it is like buying a house or a car. You can have the house but you haven't paid all the money yet. You have a mortgage that you pay every month and eventually you will own your house. Debt works the same way, imagine you are renting out that house you have a mortgage but you are able to rent it out for more money than you have to pay. The extra money is Cash Flow and the Wealthy love Cash-flowing assets they don't own.</span></p>
