PAL004 What Happens at Trial (Criminal)?
Summary

Trials are stressful. Criminal trials even more so. Your very freedom is at stake. It's helpful to know what to expect. To know the basic process. Here we discuss exactly that so you can be more prepared when you go to trial.

The majority of people don't experience trials more than once in their lifetime. Of course attorneys do, judges do, and others that work in court. But most defendants don't unless they are career criminals. I have found knowing what to expect helps ease the stress of any fearful event. Knowing gives you peace of mind and allows you to focus on other things. So enjoy this episode and know that my goal is to help you get through this stressful period in your or your loved one's life.
