In a “stunning” set back to the Trump Administration, in a 5-4 decision led by Chief Justice Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett, the Supreme Court has ordered the release of $2 billion dollars in funds for humanitarian aid, as Justice Alito along with the rest of the court, issues a scathing dissent declaring that he is “stunned,” and criticizing the majority of the court and the federal judge who issued the order.
