Igor Kurganov is a Russian-born German professional poker player who’s won more than $18 million. He is the husband of former guest Liv Boeree and together they co-founded the effective altruism non-profit 'Raising for Effective Giving'. From 2021-2022 he was a key figure in Elon Musk's inner circle when Musk asked him to facilitate the giving away of $5.7 billion in Tesla shares to charity.
