<p>The government has warned Australia could face a shortage of up to 4,100 secondary school teachers in the next few years. And research released in May found 59% of secondary teachers wanted to quit. Education ministers are meeting in Canberra today to try and work out how to address the issue. But we wanted to know what teachers on the ground think.
