Should employers go to jail for underpaying staff?

<p>The Government has introduced legislation aimed at closing what it calls workplace law ‘loopholes’. Under the new laws, employers who deliberately underpay their staff could face jail time. The Opposition and business groups have spoken out against the reforms, saying they will negatively impact small businesses and the economy.
