The state of Colorado ruled that Donald Trump is ineligible to be on the state's ballot for President in 2024 due to his involvement in the Capitol insurrection on January 6 2021. This means that if you’re a person voting in Colorado at the U.S. election next year, you won’t see Donald Trump’s name on a ballot paper - that is, unless this decision is overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.
