The incident, described by NSW Premier Chris Minns as &ldquo;shockingly brazen&rdquo;, follows a spate of recent underworld shootings, prompting NSW Police to establish a new taskforce last month. Now, police say they&rsquo;re concerned gangland figures are using social media to recruit contract killers.
