Israel's ground offensive in Gaza City

<p>Israel has launched a ground offensive into Gaza City, displacing hundreds of thousands of Palestinians. The country&rsquo;s leadership says the city is the last stronghold of Hamas, while international governments and the UN have condemned the attacks. The offensive began shortly after a UN commission of inquiry announced it had found Israel was carrying out a genocide of Palestinians in Gaza.
