FINALLY: ARREST IN MURDER OF YOUNG MOM CRYSTAL ROGERS

<p>It's been eight years since Crystal Roger went missing. Her then-boyfriend, Brooks Houck, immediately became the main suspect. </p> <p>The mom of five was last seen at Houck's home. Rogers' car was found abandoned with a flat tire on the Bluegrass Parkway two days later. Her keys, phone, and purse were inside the vehicle. Houck was interviewed, but not arrested.</p> <p>Houck has been charged with murder and tampering with evidence. The details of why, however, remain sealed until his arraignment. </p> <p>Houck's bond has been set at $10 million cash.<a href="https://ads.freestar.com/?utm_campaign=branding&amp;utm_medium=lazyLoad&amp;utm_source=crimeonline.com&amp;utm_content=crimeonline_mrec_mid"></a></p> <p>This is the second arrest related to Crystal Rogers' disappearance. 32-year-old Joseph L. Lawson was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with physical evidence in the case. Lawson has pleaded not guilty.
