Tellis is accused of the fatal stabbing of Ming Chen Hsiao&nbsp; &nbsp; Fourth Judicial District Court Judge Larry Jefferson dismissed the after learning&nbsp; that the State of Mississippi wanted Tellis to serve a five-year prison sentence for other offenses. Tellis is also acused in the brutal death of Jessica Chamber who was strangled,and set on fire</p> <p>Jessica Chambers' mother sat through two grueling trials, hearing gruesome evidence of how her 19-year-old daughter was then taken to a hospital where nothing could be done to save her life.
