Jane alleges she was with Combs the night CNN releases the video of Combs' kicking Cassie at the Intercontinental Hotel during an alleged "Freak off."</p> <p>Judge Arun Subramanian, gives Diddy heat calling Combs out for behavior crossing the line. According to reports, Combs seen “nodding vigorously” to jurors and making eye contact while another alleged victim was on the stand, Bryana Bana Bongolan.
