Does “The Talk” Still Work? | MiniPod

<p>Parents of young Black men and boys are familiar with &ldquo;the talk,&rdquo; the conversation about how to survive encounters with law enforcement. It&rsquo;s an unfortunate necessity.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>ICE is now indiscriminately asking Black folks for their papers and detaining them.
