<p>If you have been listening to this podcast for any amount of time you know AJ and Ryan's heart when it comes to law enforcement and the community. Both being African American and also police officers, they have a unique perspective. Today they wanted to have that uncomfortable conversation that it seems the entire country is having right now. They wanted to talk about some of their personal experiences of racism in America and how they personally see this issue as a human and as a police officer.</p>
