<p>We can learn valuable lessons about coaching and sports from <a href="http://janeaddams.ramapo.edu/about-jane-addams/">Jane Addams</a>, the famous social worker and leader in the early 1900s. This episode of SGG describes four specific ways that today’s leaders can learn from Jane:</p>
<p>1. Identifying the basic needs of your team in order to make bigger things possible;</p>
<p>2.
