<p>Here we are with part two of my chat with the incredible David Gillespie. In this episode we really focus on his new book<em> Brain Reset</em> which is all about breaking the cycle of anxiety, depression, stress and addiction. It's so fascinating and he really goes into the nitty gritty of how these states come about; he talks about the effects of neurochemicals dopamine, GABA and DeltaFosB which until reading this book I had no idea what I was. I learned so much about the human brain in this chat and why addictions are so hard to break, especially in times of uncertainty.
