219. Fearlessly Failing: Sarah Wilson

<p>What a force. Author, podcaster, climate engager and foster mum. Sarah Wilson has been on my dream guest list from day dot. Now, I’m not going to lie, I was a tad nervous for this chat. I mean it’s the<em> Sarah Wilson</em>, not only the queen of the health and wellness world when I was writing nutrition books. Sarah has gone on to do some pretty incredible things and has since written about anxiety, opened up about her bipolar (in <em>First we make the Beast Beautiful</em>) and more recently she’s written about climate change in her newest title <em>The One Wild and Precious Life</em>. You know when you meet someone who’s incredibly intelligent and you get scared you’re not smart enough, well that was me! But I had nothing to fear, Sarah welcomed me into her home, and helped me to understand a little more about not only her, but her powerful value system.
