In this ep Boss (Matt, my boyfriend) and I talk about our Christmas menu and I share the recipe for my new favorite Ottelengi Chrissy salad with you (full ingredient list below). We won't be taking time off over the chrissy hols. <br />Ottolenghi Christmas Salad ingredient shopping list: for recipe instructions listen to this episodeIngredients:2 punnets of cherry toms1/2 a yellow capsicumm 1/2 a small red onion1 fresh pomegranate (seeds) 1/3 cup of fresh basil leaves, torn 1/3 cup of fresh mint leaves, torn 1/2 a lemon sea salt 1 teaspoon of za'tar spice mix (we used 1 tablespoon because we love this spice combo)3 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil 2/3 a block of fetta or i used goats cheese <br />BIG LOVE and MERRY CHRIMBO!!
