Summary
This week Adam & Mark open the show talking about Podcasting and how it is a somewhat unique business when it comes to competition. Then, they delve into Los Angeles' Homeless Problem, and the idea of how the network you surround yourself with influences where you end up. Some people don't like being around successful people because it shames them. Mark then tells Adam about a case he has where he and his client are suing the California State Bar for improperly firing one on their top employees. As the show wraps up the guys lament how quick people are to sue each other these days and how prevalent it has become even versus just a handful of years ago.
