Summary
Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt with some updates on the United Airlines passenger debacle. Then the guys discuss both the Roger Ailes sexual harassment lawsuit, as well as the lawsuits that Bill O'Reilly settled over the years. After that, Adam asks Mark if it was illegal for an insurance company to terminate employment with a contestant on Survivor after he outed a fellow cast member as being transgender. Before they wrap, Mark asks for Adam's thoughts on a Kentucky judge granting a plaintiff the right to sue President Trump for inciting violence at one of his campaign rallies.
