The Supreme Court is extending its term into July as 3 major decisions come looming: Trump presidential immunity, regulatory power, and abortion. This would be a big win for those of us that care about constitutional law and small government conservatism. The Supreme Court will make a decision in Idaho as the Biden administration is attempting to override state law in when emergency procedures are necessary to protect the life of the mother and the unborn child. The decision will certainly draw national attention as the election draws near. Jack Smith's extreme gag order is an attempt to get the court to prevent President Trump from speaking on the lawfare conducted against him, it's entirely unAmerican and a violation of his first amendment right.
