Hillary's Russian Ties - 8.1

<p>Hillary Clinton and her team have actively suggested that the Russian government was behind the DNC email hacks that so badly embarrassed the party during their latest convention.  Now, a report released today, suggests that Clinton was involved in the "Skolkovo" initiative which was the Obama Administration's attempt to create a Silicon Valley in Russia. The idea would be that our help there would spawn a new era of relations with Russia.  It largely failed...but not before $35 million was spent.  The largest beneficiary of that money?  17 of the 28 companies who received contracts were donors to The Clinton Foundation....
