Summary
<p>James O’Keefe, Founder and CEO of Project Veritas, published a shocking video showing that over a period of sixteen months, Biden’s DOJ and the SDNY spied on journalists by filing a series of secret warrants, orders, and a subpoena to surreptitiously collect from Microsoft and other companies our privileged, and constitutionally protected, communications. Microsoft was bound by a secrecy order not to divulge what the SDNY was doing. The net effect is their conduct directly violated Judge Analisa Torres’ order appointing a Special Master who is compelled to apply journalistic privileges to our journalists’ materials. The SDNY chose not to inform Judge Torres, or the Special Master, Judge Barbara Jones.
