Somalia is fighting a battle on all fronts: drought, disease and conflict. The country is experiencing its driest season in 40 years forcing more than a million people to flee to camps, not far from where al Qaeda-linked terror group al Shabaab is fighting to maintain its territory.<br /><br />On the Sky News Daily podcast Niall Paterson speaks to Sky’s Africa correspondent Yousra Elbagir, who shares her eyewitness account of Somalia’s struggle.
