Summary

Former Trump lawyer John Eastman says people are being attacked for holding views different than the government. That’s an authoritarian turn never before seen in this country. Project 65 is one of the Left’s funded organizations trying to disbar all attorneys involved in election challenges and make them so toxic that the right legal talent will never again take on election challenges. The California bar is making Eastman defend himself in a long, expensive 10 week trial while defending the 2020 election. Eastman says he has evidence of illegality in several states that put at issue elections in all states. He says he has to defend the entirety of election challenges at his own expense. Eastman says the weakness of this White House emboldened evil actors around the world to attack Israel on Oct. 7th. If Trump had been inaugurated on Jan. 20th, 2021, none of this would have happened. Eastman believes people are waking up to that now and are engaging in the 2024 election. He says one of these cases will eventually end up before the Supreme Court and he hopes the Justices will be able to stand up to the constant threats made against them, that they will step up and do what’s right. But he can’t make a prediction they will.

GUEST: ATTORNEY JOHN EASTMAN, GIVESENDGO.COM/EASTMAN LEGAL DEFENSE FUND

See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
