Summary
<p>We fought a Civil War for equality under the law followed by the Civil Rights Act ending discrimination. Attorney William Trachman says racial segregation and discrimination are trending once again on the Left. He represents more than 900 people suing the FAA who were not hired because the applicant pool was too white. The FAA discriminated against his clients because they’d rather have racial balance than merit when hiring air traffic controllers, disregarding safety for the sake of diversity.
