She is also a non-resident Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies' Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group. Chris was formerly a longtime senior official in the U.S. Department of Defense, most recently holding positions as Senior Technology Advisor and Chief Technology Officer to the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment.
