Today I'll be completing the reading of this past week's decision by the Hawaii Supreme Court to tell the Supreme Court of the United States to piss off re: the Second Amendment. In an absolutely ridiculous decision, the Hawaii Supreme Court has simply thumbed its nose at the entirely of the modern Second Amendment law of the US Supreme Court, going so far as to prioritize "Aloha spirit" over the SCOTUS rulings of Heller, McDonald, and Bruen.
