On Wednesday I published the video of my legal analysis of the Sonya Massey shooting. Massey was shot and killed by Deputy Sean Grayson inside her own apartment earlier this month. Grayson has since been fired and charged with murder and other crimes. In my legal analysis I concluded that the available evidence--in the form of the body worn camera video of Grayson and a second deputy with him at the time--made clear that the shooting of Massey, while tragic, was almost certainly lawful...
