<p>The EPA got a slap down today from the Supreme Court in a 6-3 decision that is a big blow to the unchecked power of the administrative state. Climate change loons are going to cry about it, but it was clearly the right decision. Unfortunately, by a 5-4 decision the court held that the Biden administration can end the “Remain in Mexico” policy despite what seems to be clear bad faith in the application of relevant law from the executive branch.
